License
When you purchase Yapper, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on your personal devices. This license is for personal and commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license with others.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Yapper doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, contact us at hello@yapper.to within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Updates
Your purchase includes free updates for the lifetime of the product. We may release major new versions as separate products in the future, but your current version will continue to work and receive maintenance updates.
System Requirements
Yapper requires macOS Sonoma (14.0) or later and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, or newer). The software will not function on Intel-based Macs or older versions of macOS.
Third-Party Services
The optional AI enhancement feature requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party services (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Grok). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the behavior or policies of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Yapper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yapper after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
